CONNECTION PARTNERDANCE
If you would like to feel more free in your body during dance and experience more freedom in connecting with others on the dancefloor, then this class is for you! When you experience more freedom, less shame and more fun during dance, it becomes easier to connect with other people on the dancefloor. Using each other as a mirror in dance can give you a lot of information about yourself and about the way you connect with others. I’v practiced many different partnerdance styles. All these different dance styles have common techniques and ways to connect with partners. During this course I will teach you these common techniques. The class will be 45 minutes of solo dance and 45 minutes of partnerdance. The class will contain different exercises all focused on general body awareness, playfulness, exploring different dynamics in your body and exploring different ways of connecting with others on the dancefloor. The class is accessible for all levels.
